I know you guys are probably getting tired of hearing this, but....

I won't be on here for a few days. I will be gone from Wed. [8/6/08] until Sunday night [8/10/08] or Monday [8/11/08]. I may not be online as much. I'm sure I'll get the chance to jump online off & on, but I'm not sure I will be able to update.

I have some family events & then just some other events going on. Some fun; some not. But it's all happening in one week. I'm not even going to be in town the whole time.

So I just wanted to let you guys know. I didn't fall off the face of the Earth, & I will be back lol.

I do want to eventually come up with more posts & such. There's just been a lot going on lately.

Making your own shirt.

I do apologize for the lack of updates.

I'll be going to a WWE event this summer. I was going to wear my Randy Orton Oblivion t-shirt, but I don't really like to wear t-shirts in the heat. So I'm thinking of making one.

I'm going to go picture hunting for one of his logos, I'm not sure which one I want yet. I'll probably save it as a PNG, so that way, the color won't bleed. I'll have to see if the program accepts pictures as a PNG. I'm going to buy either a black or white baby doll [woman's] shirt. Then using a Hanes T-Shirt Creator program on the computer -& special transfer paper- I'll print out the logo & iron it on. Wa-la! A new Randy Orton shirt.

Anyone can do that. But I wouldn't recommend selling them. If caught, you can get in some sort of legal trouble for that, I'm sure. Especially using one of his WWE logos.

Anyways, here's what you can use.

Now, I'm not sure if that's the EXACT one we have, because I haven't used it in forever. But you can always look around.

What you would need are t-shirt transfer sheets. I guess you could try these, or look around to see what it is you need. Don't be afraid to e-mail someone at Amazon; or ask someone is a store. If you search Amazon, I searched "T-shirt paper"; or you could search "t-shirt transfer paper", "transfer paper", ect. To look for the computer paper & actual t-shirt makers, just search "T-Shirt Makers", "Hanes T-Shirt Makers" [or another company if you know of any], ect.

Note: Dark t-shirt transfers will cost more than light t-shirt transfers almost anywhere you go. This is why I have not decided if I will be making a dark or light shirt yet.

Also, you can always just do the iron-on letters. I've done that before, but I think I'd rather print out what I want this time.

And of course, you can get your shirt [or hat, or whatever you want to use] at most craft stores, or just get them from clothing stores. I'd suggest something plain. As for material, I'd say look around & see what is suggested. I'll probably end up using cotton, if that's what's sold at the craft stores. I'm not totally sure, so you'll have to do that bit of research yourself.

Or you can just go buy a shirt from WWE Shop or wherever lol. I'd love to wear my RKO shirt, but I don't want to deal with the heat, & I have no idea how hot it's going to be.

You know who I like, that a bunch of people don't?

John Cena.

I don't care if people don't like him, so long as it's respected that I do. I don't argue with people who don't like him, because it's their opinion - they don't have to like him. As a matter of fact, I have friends who aren't fans of him. It's doesn't affect any of our friendships whatsoever. :)

I think John's very entertaining. I love his matches & promos. Do I think he's THE BEST wrestler to ever step in the ring? Nah - but my favorite is HBK so of course I won't lmfao. But I still like him & I find him to be entertaining.

I've also had the pleasure of meeting him twice. I'm not going to lie - he was very nice. I made him a scrapbook from my friends & I the 2nd time. He didn't have time to look through it, but he did stop & look at the cover, which I appreciated. When I asked him for a hug, he said "Sure!" & leaned over the table. I was told later by another fan who was at the signing earlier that security said no hugs allowed. Now, I'm positive I'm not the only fan he hugged at that signing, but I was still very happy that I had gotten one anyways. :) I've heard different stories from people who have met him, but most say he's a nice guy. :)

Anyways, I'm not tell you why you should like John or tell you why you should respect John. If you don't, that's your choice. But what I am going to tell you is that I like & respect him.

Do I want to see John with the title anytime soon? Honestly, I don't care. I'm actually for Randy Orton becoming champion again soon [if you've seen my previous posts, I'm sure you knew that lol]. To me, John doesn't NEED the title to be one of my favorites. He was gone with an injury for about 4 months, so I'm just happy he's back doing his thing. And I hope he sticks around for a long time.

Right now, he's been missing Raw due to filming his movie "12 Rounds". Now, I have my other favorites to watch as well, but I do miss him. So I hope he'll be back soon [before or after the PPV]. He'll be fighting JBL at Judgment Day - best of luck to him. :D

That's about it. I wrote about Shawn, Randy, & The Hardyz, I just thought I'd mention one of my other top favorites as well. :D

P.S. - I don't like him just because he's hot. If I did, I would've been a fan of him when I first saw him, which I wasn't. He had to grow on me. But I'm a fan now, so that's all that matters.

I like this shirt. :D It's a kids' shirt, but I'm small - so I bet I could fit in a large or extra large, haha. :D

I actually have the white one. I got it at a wrestling stand at one of my local flea markets for a dollar lol. It doesn't fit around my small wrist, so I have it hanging off my purse [on a keychain] lol. Hey, atleast I found another use for it. :D

Twist of Fate DVD Review.

If I don't make another post tonight, I do plan to this week or next. I'm fighting off a cough right now. Sometimes being sick [on a school night at that] can put a damper on your plans.

My friend recently purchased the The Hardy Boyz: A Twist of Fate DVD & wanted to share a review.

Review: The Hardy Boyz: A Twist of Fate.

For anyone that loves the Hardy Boyz, Twist of Fate is a wonderful look inside of their lives in the ring, as well as them as people. On Matt's disc, he details how he began in the business, covering all of thier historic matches, including TLC, and No Mercy of 1999. He also covers the story of him and Lita, and the fall out of the century. Jeff's disc, however, is a little more different. Jeff spends his time letting the viewers gain a little inside knowledge of what really goes on inside of him. We get to see part of his home, studio, and listen to music written by his band Peroxwhy?gen. However, Jeff does detail into what he loves about the business and how much it is an impact on his life. Over all, any Hardy fan would enjoy this 2 disc set, for as long as we Live For The Moment....

I totally understand if you're not, & that's cool. Just as long as it's respected that I'm a fan. Thanks!

Anywho, most people who know me wouldn't believe that I used to not be able to stand him. Gimmick wise of course. This was mostly his Evolution run. He annoyed me; got under my skin. In short, made me wanna slap the taste right out of his mouth.

He did his job as a heel, & he did it well might I add.

I started leaning towards becoming a fan in July of 2004. For some reason, I was in denial & continued to boo the man. But I knew I was starting to like him. Something about his arrogant ways was drawing me in. Not to mention his talent of course. He has improved [in MYopinion], & it was cool. By Aug. 2004, I was a fan. And I've been a fan ever since.

I love him as a heel. Infact, with the exception of HBK as a heel [who is a riot, might I add], Randy is probably my favorite heel ever. He plays the role so well; so naturally. Maybe it's him - volume turned up [as I've read]. Maybe it's the fact that he just does his role well. Or maybe it's all of the above, if that makes sense. Regardless - he does it so well. He's evil, shows no remorse, & gets right under your skin. As I said, he does his job. :-)

I've been very supportive since jumping on the bandwagon. He's had his problems, & as a fan, I've forgiven them. I don't try to make excuses for him, because we all screw up. I don't try to say "Nope, he's perfect!"; nobody is perfect. I just accept the fact that he's had his fair share of problems & continue to support him. Of course I'm not saying anyone who does make excuses isn't a real fan, before anyone thinks that. Regardless you still support him, & that's good.

To me, Randy is so talented & full of potential. He's great in the ring; the RKO is one of my favorite finishers & I love his dropkicks. His promos are great; he tells it like it is & never fails to make me laugh. He can be arrogant one minute & just down right evil the next - & I love it.

I was hoping he'd have a longer title reign than 7 months. I was there in person at WWE Backlash. While I was very upset that he lost, I was still happy to see him live & in person. It was awesome. :-) I hope he gets the WWE Title back sometime down the road, & holds it for a longer period of time. I'm not saying he needs to hold it for years, but still - longer than 7 months would be cool. As I said, he's talented & has so much potential. His attitude has improved [for the most part; from what others say anyway] & he has come so far. I want to see Randy go further & succeed. In my eyes, he deserves it.

Anywho, I was looking through merchandise, because I just like to see what's out there. Forget that I just got his new "Oblivion" shirt at WWE Backlash lmfao.

Oooh I like this. I don't have any big Randy posters [yet lol].

Please do correct me if I'm wrong though. I'd hate to give out false information. I never got the Fully Evolved shirt, but I thought that's what it looked like [only the shirt was black & Randy outline was white].

The Hardy Boyz - Twist of Fate.

Has anyone seen The Hardy Boyz - Twist of Fate yet? I really want to, but I haven't been able to pick up a copy yet. I've been a fan of The Hardy Boyz for 7 years. I've met Jeff once & Matt twice, & they're both absolute sweethearts! Not to mention talented. :D

I can't tell much about the DVD since I haven't seen it yet, but what I can do is give you a short preview of it.

Matt Hardy was born to wrestle from his earliest days In homemade rings he and his brother created through his unbelievable matches on WWE SmackDown. The road to the top wasn t always smooth. Including some behind-the-scenes battles with other superstars that spilled into the ring. This DVD tells Matt s complete story and collects some amazing matches. Jeff Hardy has ascended from one of the top tag teams in WWE history to a wildly popular singles star with the WWE Championship in his sight. This DVD examines his colorful career in and out of the ring, including his recent spectacular success on Raw.

Now from what I hear, Twist of Fate is a 2-disc set. Disc one will focus on Matt Hardy & his matches, and disc two will focus on Jeff Hardy and his matches.

Sounds awesome! This is definitely something I want to get soon! :D

Wrestlemania 24.

Wrestlemania 24 was an awesome pay-per-view. In fact, if I can be honest here, it was better than I expected.

I don't want to go into too many match results, because I don't know who I would be spoiling it for. But just about every match was awesome. Not just the results [which -for the most part- were great], but the matches themselves. Everyone truly worked their butts off & gave it 110%. Not that they don't any other night, but this PPV was just awesome.

Now of course, this is just my opinion. There will always be someone who disagrees. And that's okay, I don't mind that at all. But I personally enjoyed Wrestlemania 24, & I can only hope that Wrestlemania 25 will be just as good. :D

Heartbreak & Truimph: The Shawn Michaels Story - DVD.

I have this DVD, I got it for my birthday back in January. I've only had time to watch the first disc though. I love it. I know a lot about Shawn, but I definitely learned things about him that I didn't know. For example...

- He leads a study group [with his church].

- He asked his Mother if his wrestling outfits looked okay.

And there's quite a bit more.

On all 3 discs, you hear about his life & career as told by him, his family, friends, & co-workers. You get deleted scenes, promos, & matches. It's awesome.

Shawn's been my all-time favorite for 12 years. I've always stuck by him, no matter what. Even ups, downs, the good, the bad, his 4 year retirement - & right to his amazing comeback in 2002. Through it all, he has always been my favorite. Nobody could ever replace him as far as wrestling goes. There's just something about him that draws me in. Talent, promos, entrance, music - everything.

I saw him wrestle live for the 3rd time this past Sunday at WWE Backlash. I was afraid he had hurt himself, but he seems to be alright. I guess he was just working the crowd. Great job lol. :)

This DVD is awesome because I love hearing old stories & learning new facts. Thinking "I remember that!" & "I didn't know that!". It's awesome. Stories included are....

- The start of his career.

- Degeneration X.

- The Montreal Screwjob.

- His 4 year retirement.

- His comeback.

It's awesome.

Oh, & they also included the very first episode of The Heartbreak Hotel [his show he had on what was then called the WWF]. I didn't get hooked on wrestling until 1996, so I missed that era. I'm so glad I got to atleast see the first episode.

And how can we forget his famous promo dressing up as Hulk Hogan? "Well let me tell you something, brother. I'll be 102 by SummerSlam. I'll wake up tomorrow, and I won't be dead, brother!" the whole promo is on there. I love it. :D
